We give you the opportunity to get the first look at our new product releases and to purchase these styles in your size before they are all gone. Pre-ordered items are not immediately available to be shipped out to you as our craftsmen in Europe are still creating them. We provide you with estimated delivery times on the product page of your chosen item and will ship your order as soon as it becomes available in our stock. Please note these are guidelines and we will keep you updated on the status of your order.

Please familiarise yourself with the following Pre-Order terms before completing your purchase:

When placing you order you will be required to pay for the product upfront to secure your Pre-Order, but we do offer special incentives for Pre-Order purchases. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product and the actual delivery of the product. Delivery dates are subject to change and our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order. Our standard Return & Exchange policy applies to all pre-orders.

Please log into the email account used at checkout, where you’ll find an order confirmation from ESSEN. This email will confirm we’ve received your order and it’s now being prepared for dispatch. It includes your order date, the styles purchased, and your order number for reference.

Kindly note, it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox.

Once confirmed, your order will arrive within 1–10 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your parcel’s journey every step of the way.

Our business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12 PM are processed on the same business day.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team before 12 PM on the day your order is placed by using our contact form or emailing info@essenthelabel.com.

Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the following business day. While we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes before dispatch, this may not always be possible.

Please refer to our returns page here.

Once your return has been posted using the instructions provided via email, you’ll receive a confirmation as soon as it arrives safely at our warehouse. Your refund or requested exchange will then be carefully processed.

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving and approving your return. Please note, this timeframe does not include any delays that may occur due to bank processing times.

ESSEN ships worldwide from The Netherlands & Australia.

At ESSEN, we strive to present imagery that accurately reflects our products, ensuring there are no surprises when your order arrives. While our online colour palette closely matches the true shades of our shoes, please note that slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings or internet browsers.

We understand that online shopping can make it challenging to choose the right size, especially when it comes to shoes, where fit and comfort are essential. That’s why we provide detailed information about each style’s fit and materials on every product page, along with a comprehensive size chart.

All of our shoes are listed in European sizes. Please note that this chart serves as a general guide only, as sizing may vary between styles—there is no universally accepted standard.

If you have any questions about fit, materials, or need specific measurements, our Customer Service team is here to help and will be happy to assist you.
