They're such beautifully crafted sandals. I wanted something very dainty and pretty, and these shoes check all those.

I dont usually write reviews but for these shoes I have to.
I own about 6 pairs of Essen shoes, including the black pumps which are my go to in the winter. I wanted some shoes to wear to summer and spring weddings so I bought a pair from and other stories to "save". They were wedge heels so I thought they would be perfect.
No. They were not perfect. I wore them 3x and was miserable each time.
I emailed Essen and asked to confirm if these were comfy enough for me considering my fail with a wedge heel 😅. They assured me they would be but I had my doubts because they're still heels even if they have nice cushioning!
They arrived and they are brilliant. Don't look cheap like some gem/crystal heels can look. And they're comfortable, don't ask me how because they are heels but I lasted a full wedding and nights out in them and I am not a high heel girl anymore.
Long story short, I have once again learned that investing in gorgeous comfortable staple shoes are always worth it. If you're torn about buying these, let this be your sign to add to cart. They are fabulous 👌
