We give you the opportunity to get the first look at our new product releases and to purchase these styles in your size before they are all gone. Pre-ordered items are not immediately available to be shipped out to you as our craftsmen in Europe are still creating them. We provide you with estimated delivery times on the product page of your chosen item and will ship your order as soon as it becomes available in our stock. Please note these are guidelines and we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
Please familiarise yourself with the following Pre-Order terms before completing your purchase:
When placing you order you will be required to pay for the product upfront to secure your Pre-Order, but we do offer special incentives for Pre-Order purchases. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product and the actual delivery of the product. Delivery dates are subject to change and our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.Our standard Return & Exchange policy applies to all pre-orders.
Please log into the email account used at checkout, where you’ll find an order confirmation from ESSEN. This email will confirm we’ve received your order and it’s now being prepared for dispatch. It includes your order date, the styles purchased, and your order number for reference.
Kindly note, it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox.
Once confirmed, your order will arrive within 1–10 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your parcel’s journey every step of the way.
Our business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12 PM are processed on the same business day.
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team before 12 PM on the day your order is placed by using our contact form or emailing info@essenthelabel.com.
Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the following business day. While we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes before dispatch, this may not always be possible.
RETURNS

Once your return has been posted using the instructions provided via email, you’ll receive a confirmation as soon as it arrives safely at our warehouse. Your refund or requested exchange will then be carefully processed.
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving and approving your return. Please note, this timeframe does not include any delays that may occur due to bank processing times.

All of our shoes are listed in European sizes. Please note that this chart serves as a general guide only, as sizing may vary between styles—there is no universally accepted standard.

Our jewellery is crafted by skilled artisans from recycled precious metals – reducing the use of raw materials in the process. Each piece is available in locally sourced, recycled 925 sterling silver, 2.5-micron gold plated & PVD finishes.
No. All ESSEN jewellery is made from 100% recycled silver and gold.
“Carat” as a spelling can refer to either gold purity or diamond weight, whereas “karat” can only refer to gold purity.
Payments
We accept a wide range of secure payment options to make your shopping experience seamless, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Afterpay.
All payments are processed in real time through Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe — a trusted and secure payment gateway. ESSEN does not have access to your full credit card details or numbers.
