Carbon Neutral Shipping 

We've partnered with TR[1]BE, to ensure that all shipping & returns are carbon neutral. 

A lot of complex math is taken into account to offset carbon emissions. Every time a parcel is shipped, we take into consideration things such as the weight, distance travelled, and cargo type when calculating shipping emissions. Together with TR[1]BE, we invest in energy efficiency, forestry, or renewable energy projects that offset the same amount of carbon emissions released into the atmosphere. We’ll continue to offset what we cannot eliminate, and we'll keep investing in other solutions to figure out what works best.

Free Global Shipping On Orders Over €100

We're an Australian brand but most of our shoes are shipped from The Netherlands. Our warehousing and distribution was very deliberately chosen to be near our factories so we can be responsive and minimise the total distance your shoes have to travel before arriving on your doorstep. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days using a registered service. All orders are processed and fulfilled from our warehouse in The Netherlands. However, please be advised that there may be a delay of one to two business days during extremely busy periods. Any orders received after 12:00PM on a business day, weekend or public holiday will be processed the following business day. We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm, Monday – Friday. We do not ship to PO boxes. 

Depending on your location, the shipping options available will be shown in the drop down menu of the shipping section during the check out process. If you do not see your option available then please contact us and we will assist you in a specialised shipping solution.

    Target delivery times are 2-10 working days once payment has been received in full and your order has been processed. Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs and are therefore indicative only. You will be notified with a tracking number once your shoes leave the ESSEN warehouse and a signature will be required upon delivery.     Duties, Taxes And Border Charges

    As the recipient you, the customer, are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of such duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise the amount this may be.

    The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time, as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by ESSEN THE LABEL to you.

    Pick-up policy

    If an Order for Pickup from Friends with Frank is not collected within 7 days of placing the order, it will be cancelled and refunded back to the original form of payment. This will be communicated via email to the email address provided for the order. If you are unable to pick up your order within 7 days or need it shipped to your address instead, please email our friendly customer service team at info@essenthelabel.com.
