Carefully crafted in Italy for everyday wear, these light brown slip-on shoes are cut, sewn, and made by hand from luxurious Italian aniline leather and their shape is defined by the natural curve of the foot. I had been eyeing off the Essen shoes for months and made the leap to give them a go. Absolutely love the leather - soft but also durable. The style looks beautiful on. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that I have a high foot arch, so towards the end of the day, I feel the top of my foot is quite uncomfortable with the shoe leaving an indentation on my foot. But honestly that’s after wearing them for more than 6 hrs. Highly recommend this shoe.

Beautiful shoes both aesthetically and to wear. The leather is so soft it’s like a glove on your foot. I’ve had a lot of compliments especially about the colour.
