Repack's reusable packing is a neat, efficient and elegant solution to our global waste problem. The only hiccup I encountered was the no one in the suburbs of Southern California (US postal, DHL, mailboxes etc.) recognized an International Business Pre-paid label. The folks at Repack were responsive and helpful when contacted, but I'm still uncertain the packaging was properly returned.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing RePack.
The return instructions on the Repack envelope request to fold the envelope and then pop it into a mailbox, with the prepaid label visible.
The reason for the mailbox is that Post office staff are not always familiar with the prepaid IBRS (International Business Reply Mail) contracts / labels.
When the REPACK envelope is returned via any mailbox globally, they'll make their way back to the Repack company to be cleaned and reused.
