I purchased these pumps for the office, and they are really perfect, matching every outfit. They are also very comfortable for longer standing hours. At the beginning the left shoe was tighter than the right, but with the time I feel the leather is stretching and it is getting more comfortable. I had to exchange the initial order for one size smaller. The exchange process and delivery were flowless.
