Equal parts stylish and functional, our reimagined Chelsea boots are a versatile addition to your footwear collection for their stylish and sturdy sensibility. They’ve been made from smooth Italian leather, feature elasticated side panels and were created with all weather days in mind. Designed with better grip than average boots, the lightweight rubberised tread sole keeps your feet nice and dry, but also provide a bit of protection against slipping and sliding. Wow Wow Wow! These boots are so comfortable. I wasn’t sure what size to get having read previous reviews, however after speaking to Marre I went with my usual size. I have put an insole in and they fit perfect.

I absolutely LOVE these boots and cannot recommend them highly enough. I have wider feet and have always had a hard time finding boots that are comfortable and stylish. Well, the search is over!
These boots have faithfully taken me through the cold Canadian prairie winter (no small feat!), a slushy and muddy spring, and even the occasional cool summer day. Of course they'll be a staple in my fall wardrobe too. I appreciate that these boots have good grip; this is often hard to find but it's a necessity for where I live. But despite the chunky look and big heel, they are so lightweight and comfortable . I hope ESSEN makes more boots like this that are a bit wider in the toe box—they are perfect for my feet.

Love the lug sole boots. They’re exactly what I’ve been searching for - an every day boot to wear walking around all day. They’re chunky but have a slim leg / ankle opening so don’t look frumpy. Size runs large but 40 works well for me even though I am usually a 40.5/41.
