Theses shoes are so chic. I ordered my usual size and found they run a little snug. I contacted customer service about replacing the inner sole to a thinner one and the staff were very obliging. Am still waiting for them but I’m sure they will be perfect.

I’ve been searching for a great new winter flat for a while and these are great. Lovely soft leather, classic design and comfortable from day 1. I am often between sizes so originally ordered the 36 which was a little too small. Marre was very helpful through the exchange process and I now have the 37 which fit nicely.
